Over the last several years, I have talked with many individuals that really needed assistance with their job search, but being unemployed, they were afraid to spend money on an expense that was not paying the bills, buying food, etc.
I was in their place and I completely understand!
I thought to myself, How can I help these individuals, utilizing my own experience and professional knowledge? And that is why I wrote How to Create an Effective Job Search Campaign.
In this useful e-book, the job seeker will find a wealth of information, resources, guidance and encouragement to help secure their next position.
I provide many websites to locate job boards, Professional Associations and Recruiters, and how to develop a plan for a successful job hunt is outlined.
Networking is a key factor to one's next career move. As a professional in this field, I seek to provide as many tools as possible to the reader, whatever his or her situation may be, whether downsized, let go, or voluntarily moving on, in the process of finding new employment.
I also wanted to touch on the emotional effects of losing one's job, and to encourage the individual to address his or her feelings, to mourn the lost job if need be, in order to prepare for the challenges of finding a new one.
Support and connecting with individuals in similar situations are as necessary as conducting the job search.
Most important is the Positive Attitude which I have emphasized in this book, the "Let's Do It!" approach which also encourages a full commitment of time and energy to the task ahead.
